Superuniti preamp out not working

Hello all

This weekend we tried Superuniti preamp out into NAP 200, but no sound came

Is there a setting to activate this preamp out?

Which cable is needed (we used the same Snaic that runs from NAC 202 to NAP 200)

There is a setting to switch from internal to external amp accessed through the remote/front panel menu. You need to turn it to external, or you will get silence.

I always email Naim support before making a "first-time" connection in my system. Responses have always been fast and most importantly, correct. The folks there seem to know what they're doing

As Chris says above, you need to select External Amp in the setup menu.
