Muso room placement help please?

hi everyone, 

New to the forums and have a quick question. 

I've been wanting to buy a mu-so to double as home theatre soundbar and a wireless speaker for music. The issue is, the way my home has been built, I'd have to place the Mu-so to either the left or right of the TV. (My TV is wall mounted with a fireplace directly underneath, and the only place to put the mu-so is on some bookshelves to the right of left of the centre stack.)

At first, I didn't think this would be a problem. But then I quickly realized that if I were to place the unit to the right of the tv (for example), and I'm sitting in the centre, the sound may be uneven. To be more specific, I imagine that my right ear would hear more of what's being played than my left ear.

To some this may be ok, but to me it would be very annoying. 

Are my fears correct or is this not a problem with the Mu-so?
