My magnetic puck for the first time ever has fallen into the inside of my CD5 player. Will this damage the player, I cannot use it at the moment.
How can I get the puck out, it seems to have lost some of its magnetic grip.
Please don't say I am the first to do this. LOL.

You're not the first to lose the puck inside the player. I believe it's possible for users to retrieve it by removing the outer case given the correct instructions. Contact Naim customer service or maybe Richard Dane for advice. The CD5 has a puck 3 type. Usually the lack of grip is due to the rubber grommets flattening. Revolving them to a new section with tweezers resolves this or buy a new one. Skipping of CD tracks normally indicates a lack of grip from the puck.

I suggest you remove the puck before further use.
