Stageline output trim

Posted by: Kirkpg on 09 March 2016

I have been recording vinyl to digital using a Stageline into an A to D convertor. I have upgraded my A/D convertor to a Lynx Hilo. There is a option to set the line in trim. For best results this should match the maximum output trim of the preamp, in this case the Stageline. Does someone know what this value is?  I cannot find it in the documentation. They value should between +22dBu to 0dBu.

The output of the Stageline will spend very much on the output of the cartridge you use it with.  The Stageline N has a sensitivity of 2mV, if that helps, otherwise, I suggest an e-mail to Naim's customer service manager, Steve Hopkins.
