WOW!  Really lovely job Fabio. A kit of some kind? Impressive.

Ciao Fabio,  Bounty looks very good,  would be nice to see some close up detail.

If I may ask what you know about Bounty,  the outstanding seamanship was not so much with the Bounty, but the 23 foot ships boat that the mutineers cast Cptn Bligh & the 17 loyal crew adrift in.   With no charts (maps) or compass Cptn Bligh decided their best chance for survival was to sail with the trade winds & currents 3600 miles (6500 km) to the European settlement in Timor. The horror stories of the journey was another story,  but 47 days later they made it to Timor,  an outstanding example of navigation by a memorised chart & dead reckoning.

Thank you Clay, yes it's a kit by Sergal/Mantua Model,an Italian company.Ciao Mike,I'm afraid I can not add any further knowledge to what you stated and that's what I knew too.I'm mounting my close-up lens on my camera, some day, and let you have some more pics.

As I promised some weeks ago, here is a final pic of the Bounty,no sails though:I think they just cover the whole structure. Finally completed!

Oh,next one is going to be the Trotamares,a Spanish fish boat, vessel+engine, built in 1958 and then transformed into a luxury cruise boat which is now anchored  at Montecarlo's harbour.

That's fine work there Fabio!

Looks great. I agree with the "no sails" decision. They cover up too much and never look quite right to my eyes anyway.

Thank you Winky, I'm happy you agreed.Thank you Tony, all you have to do now is playing a song in my honour and for Bounty's launch on your super fantastic system.

Looks good. That display spot would never work with four whippets in the house (as we have at our place!).

That's for sure!I saw a whippet in my syster's vet lab some months ago and it was very nice.
