Just two quick questions to the almighty forum:

1. When sending a 500 for DR, you only need to send the amp, PS stays at home?

2. When DR + service it, both boxes are sent?

Jonas you are correct. I have just had my 500 DR upgrade and I only needed to send the 500 amp itself. My friend J.N. had both the DR upgrade and a service and had to send both the amp and 500 power supply back to Naim. You will have read the positive benefits of this elsewhere on the forum so I need not say more here.
