DAB FM module retrofit

Apologies if this has been asked before recently, but I couldn't find it on a search.

Is it possible to retrofit the DAM FM module to an existing Naim streamer? If so, what's the (financial) cost?

I enquired about this with naim a couple of years ago and was told the tuner module is not available as an upgrade.
