Racks again

Has anyone got any experience with Blok Stax racks? They seem reasonable value on paper.
Zero vibration isolation and glass only shelves would worry me. They do look nice though
The interesting thing about these racks is apparently they can be custom made to order, plus they do look very pleasing on the eye and also very pleasing on ones wallet ![]()
I have one. Well made; attractive and good value. The downside is that they are 'massy' and store energy. Naim kit works a lot better if individually isolated/decoupled.
A critical component such as a turntable or CD player can be decoupled Fraim-style atop the rack with three nuts; ball-bearings and a pane of glass.

Given that my system is outgrowing the old oak cabinet it currently lives in, and that I'll need two racks, and taking into account SWMBO views, these have perked my curiosity. I won't be getting Fraim, Isoblu or Quadraspire. They're either on the banned list or not to my taste. I suspect that despite some decoupling reservations that these will still improve on what I currently have. A discount has been offered for two five level racks which always helps.

What sort of feet do they have JN? Their website mentions that they are adjustable for levelling but they don't mention spikes.

They look a bit like the Milan by Custom Design that I have...
Just checked those out Jumping Jack. Nice looking. Slightly more expensive but still not too bad compared to some.

Agree regarding isoblue and Quadraspire, they don't look that pleasing on the eye, I like the fraim in black, unfortunately very pricey.
So the Blox stac certainly is more appealing, if you have a good deal it's probably a no brainer ![]()
