Tidal login problems

I have an Iphone and 2 x Ipads , both Ipads running the same Version of Ios. One ipad will not login to Tidal via the naim app and the other will. I have reinstalled the naim app on the machine that does not connect , no luck. I have reset password and logged back in to all devices apart from the 1 Ipad that is not playing the game, has anyone else encountered this ?
