streming through internet

In my house, I have an asset upnp server installed on a pc and it works well streaming from may uniti. Now it's time to add second sisten in my office, maybe with a qute. I have an IP public (or dynamic dns) in my house (where I have the upnp server) but I do not have a direct connection to the office . How is possible to configure the qute to streming from my server passing through internet?
