Artwork on Squeezebox Touch

Just purchased one of the above, however not getting any artwork showing, other than for tracks downloaded via iTunes.
What have I not done, or am doing wrong?

Sounds like your files dont have the artwork embedded in the file itself as part of Metadata. Not sure exactly how Squeezecentre deals with artwork but thats my guess. Tunes downloaded from the iStore via iTunes do contain artwork in the file and hence why you are seeing it.

Your artwork has to have the right filename in the folder with the music files. I have used "folder.jpeg" for mine and it works fine.

Place a jpeg image of the artwork in the album folder called folder.jpg and squeezecenter will do the rest. Select clear library and reload everything option to make sure rather than just scanning for new or changed. Hope this helps.

use albumartdownloader - Hydrogen Audio.
Can also be used to populate your folders with "artist.jpgs" as well (useable in most media players).
