Unitiserve: cd stuck

I tried to rip à disk. But The rip failed. Now i can not get The disk out, despite several restarts. Please help.

Same experience for me too so spot on advice from Allen B - too be fair my dealer was excellent and I had a replacement the next day and it has been fine ever since and I have ripped c1000 CDs.

To be fair Allen software eject doesn't always work as advertised as those of us who bought G5 based imacs in the past can testify to quite easily.

The serve does have an eject button it is the front panel indicator. I have ripped over 2600 CD's on it and had 4 occassions when the CD would not eject automatically, this was corrected each time by holding in the indicator for 1 second.

I think the primary purpose of the button is to abort the ripping process if required, but, in my case at least ti also ejects the CD.
