Net Analyser app for Android

Ever since Phil Harris recommended it to help diagnose network problems (see https://forums.naimaudio.com/to...pnp-discovery-issues ) some forum members have been using this handy little app. I just happened to notice an announcement today that there's now an Android version available, which some might find useful. It also includes a WiFi tool, which Apple will not allow on the iOS version.

Cheers for the heads up.

Is it the one listed as offered by (weird choice of words) Jiri Techet?

(Possibly!) Interesting aside, I have an album by another Czech man called Jiri, Jiri Wehle. Saw him busking with his hurdy gurdy in Prague and was spellbound. Found it very evocative of something historic and mysterious. Certainly very different, at least for someone unfamiliar with that kind of thing.

Yes, that's the one. I only loaded the free version, as I already have the iOS version, and according to Phil, it's the paid version you need. The epilepsy-inducing ad's on the free version are reason enough to fork out 3 quid for the full fat app.

Never heard of Jiri Wehle until now, but I'm guessing he didn't write the app!

Doesn't look like the kind of guy who writes apps, but I spose you can never be sure...

Just a general question.  On the app everything except my iPhone 6 is broadcasting Bonjour yet the iPhone is working perfectly as a control point.  Any ideas how I get it to be formally 'enabled' so that it's displayed as 'B'?

Thanks.

Good question, I have no idea what the answer might be. My streamer doesn't show the B symbol either at the moment, but I think it used to. It still works though, so I haven't bothered to investigate.

It is odd Chris as I deduced from Phil's original post that there may be issues with device discovery where Bonjour isn't broadcasted.  Baffled.
