This company manufacture wireless network interface. It is one of your network devices. Could be iphone/ipad.

I doubt it's an iPhone or iPad because these always report as Apple on a scan but it will be something that connects wirelessly, like a smart TV or an Internet radio or something like that I expect.

Is it on the WLAN?

What wireless security are you using?

Ken - totally normal. Your PC  ARP cache  used by arp -a command will only contain mac addresses and corresponding IP addresses the PC has talked to within a recent period of time (these do time out). I guess you did your LAN scan on another device or after you ran arp -a on the PC?

If you do a LAN scan by running a suitable app on the PC and then run arp -a  you will see all the mac addresses and IP addresses appear - as they will now be in the PC  ARP cache as the PC will have just scanned them all.

from the info you have provided I can't see whether you have been infiltrated - but unlikely - and its not really related to the ARP Cache on your PC

If your LAN scan shows devices you recognise then fine - if there are some devices you don't recognise at all - it might be worth hunting them out to satisfy your curiosity.

On Wifi security - yes WPA is preferable. Its WEP you want to really avoid as it is rather easy to hack
