Update problem or what else?

I wanted to ask if it was possible to install again the latest update. I have already update my Superuniti with the 4.4 version. Sometimes it turn in mute while listening to music and happens when I lower or increase the volume by remote control or from the front panel, also happens when I open the Naim app from my Ipad and when i change imput; in short, it seems that happens when I make an imput . When this occur the logo to mute/unmute does not work to the touch.

If I switch off the mute function for the logo in the setting that does not happen.

This happens after the warm up, after 24 hours from I start the SU.

My question is, if I install again the update maybe I solve the annoying problem, just want to try; it is possible?

I don't think it would be a problem though it might be wise to check with Naim before doing it.
