NDX2

I find it rather difficult to figure what a NDX2 might bring to the table (and what a future firmware upgrade might not be able to deliver) - is anybody more imaginative than me? OK, possibly a NDX2 would come with a next-gen. DAC section, tricked down from a yet-to-be announced Statement-DAC, I guess... Other suggestions?
