Good album art finder

Im using a Mac mini and in the past used covers scout which seems to fail to gather and assign album art across 200gb or so of music

does anyone have a better option please?

The option with dbpoweramp / Perfect Tunes Album art on the whole finds good covers, otherwise http://www.albumartexchange.com/ and then Google...

...use one of the services recommended and do the more odd cases with Google search...

JRiver Media Center has an option to automatically scan for missing album art.

Even in perfectTunes album art ( that dbpoweramp uses ) that is 'Auto' but it doesn't always present the largest image or the best colours / the correct cover - so it's always best to review.  You can over rule though if something looks out of place.  So in your case it would scan the 200gb and present you with the updates and you would choose to accept or not.

Note - It defaults to 600x600 and a few 100k image size, changing it to 1400x1400 and 1 mb increases the scope of covers found - but some folks on here have stated issues if the covers are greater than 1000x1000 on the Naim server display panel I seem to recall ?

I use Google....search for the album name....then go to the Images tab....seems easy enough!

As Bart, then look for the highest resolution image that comes up in the search and then I personally I manipulate in Photoshop if need be.

Yes I usually open it just in Preview (OS X) as sometimes I ramp up the contrast or color saturation, etc.  Then size it to under 1 mb.

I've never found any sort of automatic service that is worth a damn. I just do each album manually as I import them. Google image search then choose a good looking image at least 600px squared.

+1, Google really is a good source of artwork images.

I've found fanart.tv useful on numerous occasions, albeit not great for more obscure stuff

Album Art Downloader, not automatic but easy to use and free.

I've been using www.albumart.org for the last couple of months, seems to work fine.

Apologies for the repetition, if this is the one referred to above.
