Anyone done theirs up.what was done and what improvements

Hi Ian. I use my Headline with a FlatCap XS, and I have a Power Line on the FlatCap. I use it with Beyer DT880, AKG701 (recabled), and Grado GH-1 headphones. I used to own the Beyer T1, but sold it several months ago. I plan to get the Beyer T90 at some point.

I've always used the Headline with a FlatCap (shared with a CD5x at one point). I have not tried a HiCap. So not sure what improvements that would make.

I had a system similar to patk. Headline powered by a FCXS shared by the original Nait XS. HP listening was fantastic using Beyer T70s. I no longer do much listening on the T70s via my SN2's direct HP output.

Olive Headline into Senn HD650, powered from formerly an olive Flatcap then latterly an olive HiCap. Hicap is definately an improvement (more of the usual cliches, yada, yada), but whether it's good VfM could be debated. Still, the HC is "in the system" now, so I suppose I'll just have to put up with it.

I haven't yet tried running it from my olive Supercap. Hmmm, tempting.......
