Next upgrade suggestions

As above:
1. DR upgrade of the NAP300?
2. Recapping and DR upgrade 8 year old Supercap?
3. Cabling: Upgrade my Hiline/NACA5 to Super Lumina (full loop) and change the Chord C-stream ethernet cabling to something better?
What upgrade first?

Skip 3 for now, except for a streaming cable: Chord Tuned Aray range is rather good.

What is so lacking that it makes you want to upgrade?

Thanks, I thought all ethenet cables sounds the same. Can you really hear any difference?
And does it mean that I need to change all the ethernet cables ?
OLDNEIL - of course you don't have to change the cables. Given the price of some of the more exotic streaming cables an audition is a must. It's easy to hear what they do - choose the one the sounds best to you. Chord actually encourage an extensive home demo and all their dealers should oblige
I use Chord Anthem Tuned Aray cables for all my streamers, except for a UnitiQute which sounds best with a C-Stream. All switch to patch-panel connections, which are used for streaming duties, are C-Stream. The rest of the network is a regular CAT 6, hidden under the floors.
All of my Hifi part of the network is AudioQuest Cinnamon - router to switch, and switch to NAS and streamer. It gave a good improvement over bog standard el cheapo cable. But this is very much icing on the cake, rather than part of the cake itself.
I use Audioquest Cinnamon in rthe same configuration as HH a big improvement over el cheapo stuff.
2, 1, 3 - but try some alternatives at 3 ![]()
Re cables & specific to ethernet: Chord C-stream is a pretty good performer with SQ when I listened in to a group test, so try (at home) before you buy. Also don't get sucked in to Cat-7 "must" be better than the lower Cat numbers, I can assure you that is not the case. I had to change from Cat-7 due to an RJ45 plug break, the Cat-7 (S/FTP) was big bulky & unwieldy & if it was not the cause of the break, it did not help. I went for a lighter cable that had verified certification of its performance (not many cables have this) & also that the plug engineering & wire management design made sense to me. The SQ was a step change for the better & the cable is Cat-6 (UTP).

We never know. It's what we do. I include me in we of course.
Thanks for your replies!
As I mentioned I already got C-stream (3 lengths), but wonder if Chord Tuned Aray is better from NDS to the switch?
But, first I will recap and DR my Supercap..

For an ethernet cable? Past c-stream would be the last upgrade on my list.
