Album details not being found after loading CD into UnitiServe

i recently purchased the new Avec Sans album and loaded it into my UnitiServe - it copied fine, but the web lookup failed to discover the album in any shape or form. I.e. Unknown artist, Unknown album, no track info.

its not the first time this has happened and its massively frustrating.

is there anyway of getting album details up onto the database?

Certainly in the case of Avec Sans their promo only CDs are found no problems. So I am supra see the general release album is not .....

Help!
