Just landed in London…here for a week… worth traveling out and visiting the factory?
Try to squeeze yourselve in a naim speaker box and get send to Salisbury for service ...
I'm sure your wife will help you when you buy a nice new Naim amp without any 'negotiations' with her.

Just don't listen to The Velvet Underground's 'The Gift' beforehand.

I visited a couple of years ago whilst on holiday in Dorset. Rang a month in advance to Mark Raggett (Naim Northern rep) who was more than happy to arrange a tour that lasted almost 5 hours (just me and my wife) and included lunch and a listening session. Mark could not have been more accommodating or helpful. My wife was moved to say "wow!!!, I get it now", Get what ? says I, "why it costs so much and why you wont entertain anything else". A result my friends.

I found a few pics from the 2004 factory tour. Yes. there IS such a thing as a Snaic Shaker-it even says so.
