Could someone at Naim pls. tell Hoop.la to stop messing up the forum...

...and to take the feedback provided by those using the forum on board?

The new change, which now puts the navigation bar also within each single thread is just awful!!

Besides the fact that hardly anyone seems to find this section useful, it now has narrowed the space for comments even further, making for a very unpleasant reading experience.

Lots of suggestions have been provided by people here on the forum and a simple search will bring up plenty of feedback. The most recent thread "Hoop.less does itself proud..." can be found here:

Many thanks to Naim for listening to its customers.

Best wishes

If we get many more fixed post in the streaming forum we will have to look on page 2 to find the threads.

Post count is not working (again?). I know it was raised before but was it ever fixed, or was it totally ignored like just about everything else?

On a positive note, the forum now works properly on an iPad - no need now to keep tapping to get the links working.

Really Tony?  Not on my iPad.  Have tried Safari, Atomic and a couple of other browsers, and am still seeing the one tap versus two (perfectly timed) taps issue on Hoop.la.   The bottom/top list of forum names is one tap, but within a forum, I still need to tap twice on a topic to see the posts.

And, at least so far for me, this is one and only one web site where I run into this problem.   Pretty amazing to me, given how big the internet is.   How could Naim have picked the one bloody provider who is incapable of getting this simple detail right?  It is a nightly source of frustration for me, as I now do all of my system control through N-Stream (and enjoy catching up on this forum while listening to music).

Well that's really strange. Just to make sure I wasn't going insane I've just retried with my iPad and, sure enough, it now works with one touch on both the main forum list and to open the topics. I'm just using Safari. I upgraded my iPad to the latest operating system the other day but I'm pretty certain this change has happened more recently than that.

It would be very helpful to know when our dear friends at Hoopla change something...
