Any bets ??? New streamer/pre-amp, new all in one +++
more magic black boxes???
the strap line is interesting, 'your music collection reimagined'. An all in one with a built in hard drive perhaps?
Looks like a Muso/Statement volume control...
Yep another enigmatic video to launch it. If it is a volume control then probably not a streamer unless it includes a pre? I'm going for a higher level qute with integral hard drive

Yes so seems unlikely to be a streamer/preamp as the volume control wouldn't work well with a Fraim unless it was on the top of the stack. So maybe a Mu-So 2, maybe with a HDD as Dayjay suggested....
'Infinite possibilities'?
Given how Naim originally started, perhaps a pre/streamer with storage that incidentally records whatever source you choice? Record your vinyl, store it, get it multiroomed.. hmmmm..
Well, it's their 'most advanced development yet' and it offers 'infinite possibilities'. Infinite possibilities to talk nonsense more like. Could a new Muso possibly be their most advanced development yet? If so, the Statement must have been knocked up over lunch. It doesn't seem to have any speakers, so doesn't look like a Muso really. Could this be the Statement source?
Statement source would have seemed a good bet but would it have that lovely volume control it if was? Infinite possibilities would suggest something multifunctional perhaps. Maybe something with built in Roon or room correction. Who knows? We wait with baited, or at least semi baited, breath.
Updated 'High End' Unitiserve thingy ...
Help me please - I am so frustrated ...
got the email from Naim and watched the video ...
not a word spoken ...
I'm blind so could someone please describe the video for me ...
thanks,
Allan
572?
Intriguing as the size and look of the box is different to the standard boxes we all know and maybe has some grills like the NAP500?
Richard
That's a challenge and a half Allan. A shiny box see through box with what looks to be a heat sink down one side. Has what looks like the Muso volume control on top on the far right of the box. Box looks quite large, full width I would guess, and there appears to be no speakers but contains a number of boards. That's probably about it.

Wireframe outlines of something or other drawing themselves in white across a black screen to create ghost images of a box that's kind of Naim-shaped, along with some conceptual details, also in wireframe. And that's about it.
Take that back having looked at video Muso with hard drive me thinks.......
Room correction ?
A Statement HDX? I was wondering when it would come out since the Statement pre/powers appeared.
No, it doesn't seem to have any HD inside. A Statement NDS.. Now all Naim has to do is build a Statement loudspeaker and cease to demo with Focals at Audio Shows.
NAT06 XS tuner pls
First thought: that's a funny looking tonearm... I guess it could be the box the Aro2 will come in?
Hmmm... no, with the tape revival in full swing, maybe the much anticipated Naim cassette deck is finally ready!
Proportions similar to muso, same dust/crumb trap control. But internal speakers not evident. And it appears to be a two-box product. And has a usb socket on the front. Lack of soeakers means not a Muso Mk 2. The suggestion of a new streamer might fit "reimagining your music collection", maybe the two boxes being a DAC and a renderer seperately, or even possibly a combined music store/renderer...

The picture posted showed some SATA cables and a drive cradle so who knows...
You can step through the video and se a few details of the connections, I counted 3 possible DINs, 2 next to paired RCAs and a bunch of digital socket above, there also seemed to be an IEC power socket and a dirty great toroid under the volume knob but no sige of a Burndy socket.
Does the first correct, or nearest, guess win one?
Theres a picture of some internals on What Hi-Fi just come through on Twitter. Doesn't give much away though.....
