SU just updated to 4.4/Powerline properly placed - SQ enhancement amazing!

As some of you will know, I finally got my Powerline "properly" installed with a surprisingly firm shove, into my SU. Yesterday I updated from 4.3 to 4.4 as I also updated to iOS 10 on my iPhone and wanted to upgrade the Naim app.

I sat down to listen after doing so (and after noting a previous thread on SQ/4.4) and was stunned to find a significant improvement in sound - and that after having to restart the SU as part of the 4.4 upgrade.

More open - better balance, sound stage, shape, better grip on the lows -- all of a sudden, my system which had been less than thrilling of late, found some new magic! I'm at a loss to explain why, but it is clearly improved to a noticeable degree. Even my wife could tell that.

I'll continue to monitor its progress and hope that the SQ at least stays as it is and hopefully improves as the SU runs back in.
