HD downloads.

Came across this website recently.

It collates the various HD downloads available, from whom, sample and bitrate, and, best of all, cost!

Might be of interest.

If you sign up, they will send you a daily email of new releases. However, the pricing information is not updated after initial release so it's often out of date.

I've used this www for about 2 years, its my "go to" place,  the links to each of the record stores is very handy.

Thanks! Was not aware of this.

Does someone have a recommended hd recording of one of the Symphonies of Tchaikovski?

Another of my bookmarked sites. It's a good 'un.

it's a good site and there's a button for you to update prices yourself. Unfortunately it misses off some key sites, viz. 7 Digital and highresaudio, which are usually more competitively priced.

Very helpful indeed. I usually go to Qobuz, HDtracks, Channels Classic and Native DSD Music. This site will join them on my Favorites. Thanks!   :tarĂ©1:

I have Symphonies Nos. 4 and 5 by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conductor Vladimir Jurowski. It's an excellent recording, available in high res from Qobuz and possibly elsewhere. The price may seem a little high but bear in mind that it's the equivalent of 2 CDs.
