Will the following phonostages work good? NAD PP4, NAD PP2E, Cambridge 651P, Cambridge CP2.

for now i do not chose the stage line (i am running out my budget already)

Look for a second hand Stageline.   I have seen several at dealers in the past.

You'll need a power supply for the Stageline so possibly out of budget. Also consider a Creek or the old Project Phono SE, which could be pretty good with an MC.

Ignoring the phono stage for now, I would not use a 40W amp with the twenty.22s. They need a lot more power to drive them properly, or they will sound totally gutless. A used Superuniti would be a far better match, or presumably the new Nova.
