I have the first 72 with 2 phono (BNC) inputs, a simple question, does this mean I can run 2 TTs into it? Just wondering why it has 2 sets of bnc/phono inputs. Obviously there isn't room for 2 sets of phono cards, so I couldn't switch from mm to mc??

Yes, you can run two sets of phono cards in the early NAC72 - just like the previous NAC32.5. So, you could have one set of NA322 MM boards and a set of NA323 MC boards.

Indeed. my 32.5 has the same set up, not sure it's the first, though. My prefix goes in the regular DIN socket, whilst the airport express takes the 'cd ready' BNC.

This takes me back! Used to have a NAC32 and although it's long gone, I still have some NA323 and NA322 boards floating around. The debate used to be whether the newer boards from the NAC32.5 were better sounding than the older ones. I used to be a dealer way, way back in the day. Many night swapping out boards. And when the SNAIC first came out...
