Hello everyone,

More than 1 year ago I have changed the vam 1202 with a brand new one.

The change was operated by the official italian service.

From one month when it try to read a cd some rumors appear and they stop when the first track has been ran.

Yesterday when I was pulling the clamp it has pulled away the "ring" where the disc is housed.

I have repositioned it but not in the original position (I cannot push it too in depth..I could damage the frame and the springs...)

Is there anyone who has had the same experience?

Never heard of anything like that. I think you will have to return it the Italian Service Team.
