Active Audiovectors?

I run sr 6 avantgarde Arreté. 2 of my friends has the same setup. It is expensive to go active with Audiovectors since you need 3 poweramps, but worth it if you like an active setup. I have run my sr6 active with Snaxo since that was made possible, and before that I used Audiovectors own active filter. An interesting comparison would be active sr3 vs passive sr6 given the big increase in price between the rs3 and sr6 series.  

My dealer seems to think they can be run with 2 or 3 power amps - is this not true?

sr6 needs 3 it is actualy 3 and a half way speaker.  s3 series may be a 2 and a half way so maybe the speakers in the 3 line only need 2 amps.
