What's the mystery power supply on the Naim site?

Each of the Naim product pages has a closup of somepart of a related product.

I don't think I can match the image shown at the top of https://www.naimaudio.com/power-supplies to any of the known power supplies. Seems to have a central heatsink like the NAP500 (which the NAP500PS doesn't and air vents at the top too. What exactly are we looking at here?

Yes, I'm not falling into that trap again. Remeber a few months ago when they dropped the NAPSC from the site? I didn't think that was a likely mistake although others did and in the end I stood corrected. So we know that Naim don't use the level of marketing and web design company that I am used to dealing with and we know they don't pay a huge amount of attention to what goes up from the number of error that need corrections (claims of PowerLines having near magic power ring a bell?).

So in this case, I'm just wondering what it is. A NAP500 crossed my mnd too. I've not seen one up close enough to know whether it has holes on the front top left and right.

It's a 500 head unit. All you need to do is look at the 500 under the amplifiers section and you will see it.

If you look at the 252 you will see that it's actually a 552.

Pretty sure it's the NAP500 "brain/head unit". If you look on the Naim product page for the NAP500 you'll see the vent holes.

You're right HH. So is the 282. The indent on the volume/balance knobs is the giveaway.

The 252 and 282 don't have them.  Back in the day the 552 knobs had a turned metal finish.

We can close this mystery as resolved then.
