A particular favourite of mine, I remember being riveted to the TV for the "Shelter People" broadcast.

Much good music to remember Leon by, RIP, the master of space and time.

Maybe it is no more than usual this year, but it sure seems like it is to me.

OTOH, this may be the beginning of an ongoing trend as all our heroes reach the their 70s and 80s...

Saw him and the All Star Band at the Albert Hall in 1971 (supported by Juicy Lucy, Greaseband...and Status Quo waaay down the bill). Terrific showman.
