Running in XS2

Hi all how long should i run my xs2 amp and cd player before it sounds at its best? Both are around 2 weeks old.

Most new Naim boxes take between 6-8 weeks to come on song.
So patience is required

Most of the improvement in my ND5 XS + Nait XS 2 occurred in the first 3 weeks or so, but it continued to improve more slowly for further 8 weeks.

Just a question: are your Naim boxes plugged directly into wall sockets?

It's a good idea to keep it on 24/7 ....if possible

Hi Adam I did have the system plugged into an unfiltered mains block. I have now plugged it into the main wall sockets and the difference is fantastic. I now have a bigger sound stage and more space around instruments.
