Anyone having problems with 7digital purchases at the moment?

I use Qobuz mostly for downloads but occasionally also 7Digital. Almost 3 weeks ago I pre-ordered an album 2 days prior to release and since then have not been able to download it. The purchase was confirmed but I did not get an email on the release date with a link (as normally happens) and the album does not appear in my online collection to listen/download.
More troublingly I've now tried three times to contact them, including raising a PayPal complaint with no response apart from confirmation that my email has been received. I did once have a download error with one of their purchases and then they responded to a message within hours and sorted it.
The website looks unchanged but I did just wonder if the company had fallen over (I'm aware Qobuz nearly did last year too).
