System Pics 2017

Welcome to System Pics 2017. To get us started here is a picture of my setup: other than longer legs on the rack and some new wires, it's just the same as last year.

Has anyone here seen Chris Bell's system & room?

Yes, and the room and system feel and sound as great as you would expect from the photos.  Chris's setup is immaculate. He has a great music collection.

Charlie

Twice. We did a Naim get-together there about a year ago. Chris is always gracious in inviting me back and I think I'll have to take him up on it now with the DR and IC upgrades he's made. As far as Chris' system & room, suffice to say the picture speaks for itself and I couldn't do justice in attempting to describe them.

What a delightful photo Joe.

When the dawn patrol got to tell you twice
They're gonna do it with a shotgun.
Yes, I'm cashing in this ten-cent life
For another one.

All good wishes for 2017.

If the Muso had a central illluminated hotspot the moody pussy could almost be mistaken for a DJ

Yes, the cable dressing needs some work.

This room was initially the PO's double car garage.  You'll notice the power points half way up the walls .. for his power tools I suspect as he had built in workbenches along the walls.

Nice room and system and I love the Totem's. Are they Forests... Hawks?

Big changes for 2017, i've seen the error of my ways. A 272 / 250DR combo is replacing my Devialet so it’s all packed up ready for it’s new owner…

Only joking...

A nice man from UPS picked up my 120 today for a journey to Paris, where it will undergo surgery to become a 220 Pro. The downside is i'll have no music in the lounge for a couple of weeks but it's a good opportunity  to give the racks a strip down and clean, especially where the Dyson doesn’t normally reach

Speakers to look at this year (again) and then possibly go dual mono in the autumn with another 220.

Great pictures as usual folks - keep them coming

James

Very 'humble' indeed

I think the hounds are facing a wrong way round - surely they prefer the speakers sound (voice) rather than the masters voice

Winky,

The whippets look regal. How many are in the house now?

Posted on: 06 January 2017 by winkyincanada

DSC_7988 There are 4 whippets sharing our space.
