System Pics 2017

Welcome to System Pics 2017. To get us started here is a picture of my setup: other than longer legs on the rack and some new wires, it's just the same as last year.
It's usually Guinness Bob, or a nice red wine, or occasionaly a single malt, or anything really if I'm honest...

Nothing wrong with a can of larger now and then, but with you on the nice wine or single malt.
Nice looking setup there Leon

Naim and an Ash Designs stand always look the business, nice colour match too with the LP12

Cheers buddy
A very interesting photo of a nice simple system and eclectic library Leon. That Porsche 911 book is a perhaps a bit too fast. Something is responsible for bending the space/time continuum.
John.
Thanks J.N.

A fine looking pair of SBLs there. Mine were walnut. I love the SBL - perfectly proportioned and such a timeless design.
It’s good to see the Sound Factory Tripod too. I had one of the first that Derek made. It always worked really well with the LP12, though the Audiotech I replaced it with was clearly better.

Chris don't look at this picture.

Music on, feet up, can of Fosters, dog resting - heaven!
That looks like a very fine place to be. Oh for a revival in wall placement speakers.
Thanks everyone for the kind words. Love SBLs to the point where I have a spare pair just in case...

How do I load my Flickr photos on to here?
Mike1951 posted:How do I load my Flickr photos on to here?
- Select the picture in Flickr.
- Down on the bottom to the right, select the right-curving arrow. (These options sometimes take a few seconds to appear)
- Select the "Embed" option in the dialogue box
- Copy all of the highlighted text string - not just the bit you can see - it will automatically be correctly selected so just control-c (windoze) or command-c (OSX) will copy it.
- Go to the Naim forum
- Click on "Post"
- On the dialogue box on the forum, select the thing that looks like <> (it's the furthest right one).
- Paste the text string into the dialogue box.
- Click OK.
- Post Reply.

Would that be a large lager or a small one?!

Richard,
The instructions in the FAQ don't work for Flickr. Feel free to add my steps as posted above.
Winky, thanks. Does Flickr not offer a direct URL?

[@mention:4804681823084713] Nigel, did you nick the flowers from Morrissey's back pocket by any chance?

Well done Timmo you spotted the deliberate mistake. Have yourself a larger lager than the large lagers largely sold in large pubs to celebrate.
I dare say that if you trawl through all my many postings you might find other typos. But that would be rather sad, wouldn't it!

He brought them when he came for dinner.

Hope you gave him a good telling off for being such a berk.
