A bright, breezy morning and have wheeled out ripped disc two for a play.
'Together' again 27 years after Emily's passing.
Thought I'd dig this out on original vinyl after our discussion the other day and II'm glad I did; a little surface noise on side 2 but the music sounds fantastic. One of those albums that really makes me get vinyl. I'll dig my second copy out later this week and compare them.
More vinyl mainly becuase my digital version of this is dreadful

I haven't forgotten my intention to do a back to back comparison of the original vinyl against the double CD reissue. I just haven't had the opportunity yet.
RUSH - A Farewell To Kings, CD rip, a bit of rock 'n prog. Strange never heard(noticed) the bird chirps in Xanandu intro.
Beautiful recording of the Bach Cantatas by Eliot Gardiner. Well recorded to.
Awesome Ambientechtronica.
CD rip - Enrico Rava (t), Javier Girotto (s), Ares Tavolazzi (b), Fabriaio Sferra (d)
Worth a listen !

It's hard to break away from J.J.'s music once you've got it going... this was his debut and like all his albums it was very well recorded, great SQ and DR.
