For a change of mood. This is a lovely album and I can't make up my mind whether I prefer this or Currency Of Man as her best album.

Both are such superb albums but very differing styles as I am sure you are aware. We can all argue over which is Ms Gardot's 'best' album but one thing I am sure we can agree on, this is one talented lady who has the ability to have the listener drift away into another time and place. I think she is just a wonderful artist.

I've just been jumping through a few Jethro Tull albums on the NDS and haven't been able to get into any of them! This is weird in the extreme.

Very much agree with that, Nigel

(2012)

A little early in the day but I just fancied some of ATW's brand of psychedelic stoner rock.

Paint Your Wagon, Original Soundtrack

Have fond memories of this film and love Marvins performance. How's the sound?

What! No love for Clint's vocals? Who sang worse? Lee or Clint?

Oh well, Eastwood did go on to receive several nominations and awards for his later film scores, songs, and soundtracks - those not featuring his voice.

I generally love Westerns and detest musicals. Paint Your Wagon somehow combined the worst of both worlds.

Hasn't got a record deal at the moment but one to watch. Forget the fact that he was the US version of The Voice as I have heard his recorded work and some of it is excellent.

That's rather a nice looking Epiphone ES330.

(1993)      Streaming from Amazon My Music albums library.   Don't do this unless you are ok with seeing how many albums you have purchased through the years!

Felt like some fun music to start the day.

Now:  Beach House  - Thank Your Lucky Stars

(2015)      Streaming CD.
