The Sex Pistols - Never Mind The Bollocks.

Enough of this laid back dub stuff .............. time to kick the speakers into life .......... so, this ....... LOUD!

The album which, IMHO, kicked life back into the music scene.

Brian Eno - "The Shutov Assembly". I'm a bit pyrexial, as coming down with a cold. Along with the Co-Codamol this is very soothing and taking me to another world. Described as being more like a painting than music, Shutov is reminiscent of Eno's earlier Ambient works, and is one of my favorites.

Joan Osborn, Relish, such a good album and one I never tire of.  Flac via Audirvana/Hugo

And here's me been thinking for years that I was the only person to appreciate this fab album!

I like it too, once dayjay had kindly drawn my attention to it.

I've been continuing with the Beatles today whilst installing a Ron Smith high gain TV aerial in the loft. Up and down, up and down. Followed the White Album with Abbey Road and now this, which is rather refreshing.

Joanne Shaw Taylor - Diamonds in the Dirt.

For all the folks enjoying  Joan Osbourne, try this one ............. a bit more bluesy, with some of Joanne's fiery guitar work .......... and she's British too!

Best of all, it's out there on Tidal.

Status Quo - Rocking All Over The Years.

It's not big, and it's not clever, but I've recently discovered the joys of prepping dinner in the kitchen, bopping to something fairly undemanding ......... quite LOUD, from the music room, I'm afraid.

Cue much off key "singing".

Horace Tapscott - Faith. CD rip. 1983 on the same label as above (Interplay, Japan)
