It remains my favourite of his solo albums.
Fink - Fink's Sunday Night Blues Club.
Yes, I know, it's me posting this one, yet again ............. but I make no apologies, as this is, quite simply, a stunning trance blues album.
Here's a few words I've paraphrased from Fin Greenall himself :
"My love of Blues has always been there, before I even knew what it was. Records by John Lee Hooker, T-Bone Walker and Chuck Berry really spoke to me.
Early Blues albums were done in a day, using one mic, in mono - so that's what we did... Most of this record is one take, from all of the guys who helped me get there... New Orleans legend David Shirley on drums and the weird and wonderful Colin Stetson also really brought the heat to the table.
Passion over skill... One amp one mic... Own it..."
This is available on Tidal, so, go on, have a listen, you won't regret it ................ can't recommend this one highly enough.
Sarah McLachlan - "Law Of Illusions" (2010)

From old Beatles to new 'Stones and this fine album of theirs that's a throwback to some of their finest 60s/70's releases.
Relaxing with Tomasz Stanko.
Photobucket still not working - every now and then very unreliable.... so listening to Neil Cowley - Spacebound Apes

Ryan Adams-Heartbreaker
Arrived - Ripped - First play
Father John Misty - Pure Comedy
I've not played this for a while, perhaps because it's not as accessible as some of the others.
