Music in the car this week:

I drive around an hour a day so the weekly disc gets to be heard five times before being replaced. It is amazing how the same music can sound so different  when played very early in the morning and then at sundown.

On vinyl...

What do you think of this one, Andy? And what's the pressing like? I assume it's on K-Scope label, which I've had a few issues.

This was still last evenings listening. Again a different album from the trio, different but still interesting. You hear that Neil has been also quite active in poop music....

Wings. Back To The Egg. On vinyl from 1979. Wings' final album that I didn't play all that much  back in the day. Recent listens have me re-evaluating its place in McCartney's discography. Quite a who's who assemblage of rock legends including David Gilmour, Pete Townshend, John Bonham, Kenney Jones, John Paul Jones, and Gary Brooker. These days I find it a very strong and well-honed album.
