Imelda May: "Life, Love, Flesh Blood" (on Tidal)

I must admit to not having known much (or even anything) about Imelda May up until seeing a clip of her and her band performing at the Cambridge Folk Festival.

I decided to check her out on Tidal, and this album and Imelda May herself are simply stunning. Although I have access to it on Tidal, I will almost certainly be buying the hi-res version of the album from Qobus.

Hadouk Trio - Utopies

This is a recording with a great sound quality. This is not your standard jazz trio. It's a mixture of jazz and world music (it's available on Tidal).

From the box set, ripped to NS01, whilst procrastinating over cutting the grass after being away for a couple of weeks on holiday.
