Alternative indie is an intriguing EP with dreamy music...

A 2002 recording of Tchaikovsky's sextet "Souvenir de Florence" (in its guise for chamber orchestra) and the Serenade. Both excellent performances, and Pentatone provided reference sound quality (listening to the hires stereo layer on the SACD disc).

Cheers

More from TD. Although new to me, I did have this on cassette many years ago, which I'd recorded from the vinyl album which my cousin owned. This might be my current favourite.

Just picked it up. Skimmed a few tracks and it seemed more authentic than her other albums. But I confess, other than the sound quality, I wasn't a big fan.

The original from H.B. is really good too.
