2017 has arrived today, so time to start this thread afresh.
Last year's thread can be found here;
My wife loves this and I think 'John and Elvis Are Dead' is a wonderful track.

The Master Shredder
Now Playing......
Fink - Hard Believer (disc 2)
.....only four songs on the second disc to complete the album.
Now Playing.....
Chris Stapleton - From A Room - Volume 1
Why - Great voice, guitar, lyrics, a wonderful songwriter & musician!
Now Playing......
Toni Braxton - Toni Braxton
Why - Listen to her voice and you will understand! ......and if you are in the mood to dance around the room this is a perfect album.
Now Playing......
Mark Knopfler - Sailing to Philadelphia
I have enjoyed Mark's albums over the past few days, it has been a very pleasant experience working through his diverse collection of songs. Great voice, guitar, songwriter, composer and producer. He does it all.

My wife's CD as well that had perhaps decades sitting idle on our shelves. So glad I ventured to give it a spin a few years ago and get indoctrinated. Brilliant artist I'd otherwise have been unaware of.
Some Danish jazz. Katrine Madsen, perfect for an early Sunday morning.

If you like this then next stop has to be Stones in the Road which is IMHO her best album. Don't think her songwriting hit such dizzy heights again especially after John Jennings left the fold.

(1981 | 1995 remaster)
"This "definitive edition"remaster of Exit is a bit of a love / hate album among Tangerine Dream fans - indeed, there are many who praise it for its stripped back, melodic approach, whilst others see it as the first step towards a sleek, commercial sound that had little to do with the mind-expanding soundscapes the band were loved for." - - Bullfinch on Discogs
Pink Floyd. Wish You Were Here (1975). On remastered CD from 2011. Not my go-to format for this album, but thought I'd give the digipak version some exercise. Whatever the case, there's no denying a splendid recording.
Starting with Handel this morning.

Maurizio Pollini - Bach: The well tempered clavier
It started a bit dull with over the rainbow, but is for the rest of the album very entertaining...
Roger Waters
The Wall Live In Berlin - Tidal HiFi
Listing to this version of "The Wall" for the first time ever after listing to a story about the the "Scorpions" on the "Hairy Rock Show"on "Planet Rock" this morning.
If you like the Koln Concert you'll probably like this.
Very enjoyable and relaxing trio jazz

Could you be more specific. When I google Domenico de Uario I get nothing ....
