Thanks Steeve! Just a lazy summer afternoon!
If the Seakayaker can play jazz guitar from Mr Pass, here's some from Wes.
Version in the album is a bit smoother...
(1990)
Yep, I think these two are made for each other

I have enjoyed Don's music through the years and from the opening song the voice is familiar. A very enjoyable album.
Thanks to the couple of forum members who mentioned this album over the past couple of days.
Stu Larsen - Vagabond
Fancied listening to some laid back, catchy choons and this fits the bill nicely.
More laid back, catchy choons here...

I don't just play noodly jazz and string quartets..... I still love this album. Any yes, I see that the cover art needs fixing

Wes Montgomery - Riverside Profiles
I thought I would join Clive B and listen to some Wes Montgomery 'Profiles,' recordings from the '60's for the Riverside label.
First track.....right into the grove, very nice!

Somebody ask for some sometimes.
I think that's my favourite Stones' song. Alway gives me goosebumps, even when it's used as in films e.g. Layer Cake.
Because I like a bit of Deep Purple now and again, and this is one superb live recording.
This album is very aptly named.
