Brilliant album, one of his best.
Who & what please ???
Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
Well worth a listen, no matter what you may think of him.
Had a listen to a song from his new album which is coming out soon. He has given me a number of great live evenings, hope he will continue his great discography in a similar manner with his new album....
A monster on drums. He was called the greatest - and I think he was for a long time the greatest, inspiration for many drummers. The latest new found recordings are quite interesting, while the recordings are a bit distant or sound like that through Tidal - so the full power of his playing is a bit restrained, but still very very enjoyable....
Now listening to this. Which is growing further on me with every spin...

Bella voce, Gian. My Italian is a little rusty but I’ll give it a proper listen in a while. I still listen to some PFM and Carmen Consoli(Non Volermi Male // L’Ultimo Bacio - courtesy of an ex girlfriend from Le Marche).
Grazie tanto.
1998 - CD...
Just back after an extended weekend in Stratford to see an RSC production of Coriolanus, which was truly splendid. Whilst away I ordered a Neil Young album and thought I'd use one of his as a test of the stereo which has been turned off and unplugged since Friday. Whilst I was expecting some hard edged sounds in the warm up period, I have to say that this album sounds remarkably good straight from cold. It's a brilliant recording anyway, which might help. Harvest Moon.
