Relaxing to this after 6 hours or so of D.I.Y. painting...
I always think Alvin's upset that the drummer's eaten his ice cream. The bottom lip is definitely trembling.
Blimey you're right and I didn't even know Alvin liked ice-cream!
Lazuli- Nos Ames Saoules ( our souls drunk)
difficult to categorise, mix of prog and metal - excellent French Band, catch them live if you can

Staying with psychedelic rock and Wooden Shjips do it very well, this one is their last to date, surely something new must be in the offing?...
Switched to one of my favorite...
Nice little album to chill out to mid week.
Nirvana, Unplugged on CD.
Just watched the Sky Arts documentary on Mr Cobain and felt this was appropriate. The CD is an original release with the £16.99 HMV sticker still intact. This album is in my top 10, the emotion just gets me every time I play it.

I was luck enough to see them supporting Fish, they are very very good live. Good choice Sir.

A decent 1995 remaster of an early period TD album.
Suzanne Vega. Solitude Standing. On original DMM vinyl from 1987. There's an especially outstanding sparkle to the strings on this LP. Bright, yet never glaring. The music is artistic and equally bright. An immersive listen for me tonight.

A little more TD to get the morning underway together with a nice old ticket for the event found whilst searching for the album art.
Rush. Moving Pictures. On original Mercury vinyl from 1981. For SQ and music might be Rush's finest LP, though I hold GUP in close regard.
Interesting 1st run on my main system. She brings a flavor of jazz like interpretations, but it's perhaps even unfair to put it in the box jazz, enjoyable it is.....
Lunatic Soul I, WAV CD Rip.
Then Bjorn Riis, Lullabies In A Car Crash. WAV CD Rip.
Some very good European Prog to start the day.
