Naim muso qb x2 to make a stereo pair?

hi,

i recently bought the muso qb and have using it via bluetooth as a computer speaker. It sounds fantastic.... but.... can't beat two separate speakers. I was thinking of buying another one to make stereo sounds. Is this possible from a computer (imac) and if so, how do connect them?

Sure it can't beat a pair of speakers. That is not the intention of the product. The simple answer to your question is 'no'. It is possible to connect several mu-so Qb's in order to have a multiroom approach. It is not possible to configure a mu-so (or mu-so Qb) into a 'left' or 'right' speaker ...

You could have two of them using multiroom to play in sync, but they would both be playing mono, not stereo. I think you'd be better off with a pair of speakers.

Thanks for the replies. I currently only have the one speaker. I am able to use the settings on my imac to change the balance of the sound to mske the muso qb more left or more right via bluetooth connection. I was just wondering whether if i had a second, i could also change it to more of a left while the other is more of a right. So maybe not a perfect stereo sounds, but not bad! What are your thoughts?

Enjoy your mu-so as intended. Do not fiddle with left/right balance as you've suggested ... it does not make sense ...
