Unitiserve backup on my book live using mac n-serve?

Hi,

Warning - newbie question. After updating the SuperUniti software a while back I now see that the setup I had for backing up the Unitiserve to a WD My Book Live is no more (please don't ask..) I am now on a MacBook Air using n-serve. Any guidance on how to configure this appreciated. I can see the WD drive and unit on the network via laptops and all apps. However, when in maintenance / backup in n-serve, nothing. Help pls..! Many thanks

There's been lots of discussion of this on the forum in the past, although mainly relating to Synology or QNAP users, which may not help you with the NAS end of things. My suggestion would be to contact Naim support, they are good at this sort of stuff, and it will probably save you a lot of head scratching.

By the looks of it you need to restore the automatic backup function for your 'backup' folder.
Is it enabled as a 'backup' with a designated path to your NAS?
