guys.

hope this finds you all well.

ok I posted on here a couple of weeks ago with a bit of a rant about naim.

first up appolgies . I let my head and wallet rule my musical heart. I was saying sonos was the future etc etc.

truth is I was in a bad place in my life / relationship , too much wine had been consumed and I felt a little sorry for myself. Appolgies guys , I'm very naim orientated.  Done a complete  strip down and re build , and have re set the naim sepertaes up !! Truth is I love the sound , and it's fed by the sonos connect , so I get the convenience of the sonos with the sound of the naim.  Can't get the  player to work at the moment so this may have to go of for attention. 

So currently using sonos fed into the naim dac , flat cap , 150 and 122 others x set up.

appolagies again guys. 

On another note Spotify fed into the items feeds at 320. Just noticed  I can use deezer elite ! Which I'm told streams into sonos at cd quality. Guys I really need your thoughts / I put into this.

I should have put in the post that it's the de at the moment that isn't working. 

Pits only the entry level unit , so maybe I should get it fixed or go for the next model up which can be fed by the dac

I heard Deezer at the Naim dealer via Sonos and confess it was the first time I reconsidered using Sonos in my system.  But, since my Connect sounded poor with local AIFF, I have not gotten to it yet.  Need the Sonos upgrade first.

I have said before I am not a snob -- love Mac Mini, SBT, AirPort Express and Apple TV into Naim DAC.  Only Sonos Connect disappointed of all.

We've all done it, I once spent a full evening, under the influence of Bacardi, arguing ferociously with a past member and genuinely couldn't remember half of what we'd been arguing about the next day, all very embarrassing but par for the course on a forum.  Hope things work out ok

As I understand it, your not allowed to post anything on this forum,  unless you have consumed a least the one bottle of alcoholic beverage, I'm sure it's in the rules...
