Core LED light

Not sure if this  question has been asked here before, but does anyone know how to dim the front LED lights of the Uniti Core?  Thanks.

Do you actually own Uniti Core? Currently, there are not that many units out there in 'the wild'. I expect that there will be a setting in the Naim app - similar to the mu-so and mu-so Qb which makes it possible to dim the lights ...

Sorry I can't be of any further assistance ...

Yes, I current own the CORE, I just got it last night. Consequently, I own the Mu-so and the Mu-so QB as well and I know that there is a setting in the app to dim/turn of the LED lights but that feature is currently NOT on the app for the CORE; that's why I asked if anyone knows how to do so.

Bright, isn't it.  I find it to be distractingly so unless in a brightly lit room.

When I used a Core at a dealer demo in January I asked how to dim the lights and was told that the functionality was 'coming'. So maybe it cannot yet be done. You could always lay a sock in front of it.

It can be distracting, yes. I hope the update will come sooner.  Thanks for all the replies.

Thanks, Manu! Any word on whether the Core will be capable of internet radio in the future much like its predecessor?

I'm sure the answer is no. 'It's a server, not a streamer', is what Naim will say.

I am still hopeful...but  it took at least 2 years before Naim added the internet radio funcfionality to the UServe; hope it happens sooner than later.

The answer seems to be that iRadio functionality is at the streamer end; all the new Uniti products one might mate with the Core provide iRadio, as does the ND5XS, NDX and NDS.  It's not "needed" on the Core and my strong guess is that it won't happen.

But of course it could.

But if that statement holds true, then the US should not have iRadio functionality then? Anyhow, I hope Naim is listening(and reading), because this capability will complete this product, and make it more attractive to people that are contemplating a future purchase.
